Shipping and Returns Policy

Registration & Certification terms is a special pet online registry for those who meet the legal requirements for Service Dogs and Emotional Support Animals. Your membership and registration are nonmandatory, and subject to termination if moderators learn of any fraud, misrepresentation, or any other grounds they deem appropriate to terminate registration in the service pet database. In order to register, you must abide by and agree to your respective Service Dog, Emotional Support Animal, or Therapy Animal agreements at the time of registration.

Once registrations and evaluation forms are submitted, they are final and cannot be canceled.

How much time is typically needed for order processing and shipping?

  • Processing time: standard is 1-4 business days (for orders with paperwork or registration); and 1-2 business days for accessories. In case you need to expedite processing, it can be done in up to 12 hours.
  • Transportation: you can pick the delivery option: regular shipping (2-5 business days) or priory shipping (1-3 business days).

Priority shipping options include expedited processing.

Cancellation Policy strives to ensure that each customer’s purchase is delivered as quickly as possible. As a result, once an order is submitted, ID Cards, Certificates, and PDF copies via email are emailed and printed and are non-refundable.

Cancellation and refund requests can only be accommodated to accessories if they are made right away before the items have been shipped. Once an order has been preceded and your registration has been added to our database, printed, emailed or shipped, they are non-refundable and can only be returned if they meet the criteria below, subject to shipping fees.

If for any reason it is found that your registration was submitted with false information and does not adhere to the legal standards of a Service Animal, ESA or Therapy Animal reserves the right to invalidate your registration number and is non-refundable. 

Accessories return and refund policy

Accessories are inspected for defects at the time of packaging. In the event a defective one is received, you must email customer support within 5 days of receiving your order with a photo and description of the damage. If approved, we will email a return postage label for you to return it. Once we receive your returned item, we will either refund your original form of payment or exchange that accessory to the new one. Defective items that are exchanged will be replaced with the same item as originally ordered. In the event this item is no longer in stock, the customer will be emailed with the option to receive a refund, or presented with other exchange options as an appropriate substitute.

Please note that in the event a customer selected the wrong size or color on their original order, we accept returns with a 30% restocking fee.
