Service Animal Registrar
MyServiceAnimal is a professional Service Dog and Emotional Support Animal registrar. We have successfully registered pets for years, and the first ones on our list were, of course, our service dogs Patrick & Coco.
The registration process is easy and takes less than 5 minutes; you only need to provide some details about your pet:
- name
- breed (optional)
- pet type
- a photo of your pet (recommended)

Service Pet Online Database. Quick and simple!
During the registration process, you can purchase special accessories at the best prices, such as a
service dog harness, emotional animal harness (all sizes are available), a service dog tag, an ESA tag, and, of course, a
Housing Accommodation Request. We also recommend buying an additional ID card in case you lose the main one.
Overall, all goods on our website can be divided into several categories. Here they are:
- ID cards & online service animal registration. As the rules claim, all service animals should be registered to prove their status. That’s why we offer Psychiatric Service Dogs, Service Dog, Emotional Support Animal, and Therapy Animal ID Card & online registration.
- Online only service animal registration. This option is perfect for those who just want to add their pets to the service animal registrar without creating an ID Card or other documents.
- Service animal documents. In order to have free access to pet-free establishments with your service animal, certain documents a needed, e.g., special certificates, Air Department of Transportation (DOT) service animal form, housing accommodation request, and others.
- Service animal accessories. In order to demonstrate that your pet is a working animal that shouldn’t be disturbed, you may choose one of our accessories, namely vests, tags, harnesses, and so on.
