Here on MyServiceAnimal, you can order an additional ID card in case you’ve made changes to your online registration or have lost your previously issued card. Please note that you can order an extra ID card even if you initially ordered only online registration in our database without a physical card.

Additionally, our alternative Pet ID Tags for Keys & Harness are mini versions of ID cards that are convenient to wear on your dog’s vest or attach to your keys. Please note that three of these tags come in the package.
