How to Get Identical Tags for Key or Harness
Identical harness/key tags are a set of three mini IDs and these are additional accessories that provide comfort and convenience. They are designed to be compact and include your assitance animal registration number and photo for easy identification.
You can only order ID Tags if you have a valid online database registration or registration with an ID card with MyServiceAnimal for such helper animals
- Service Animal;
- Psychiatric Service Dog;
- Emotional Support Animal;
- Therapy Animal registration.
If you have a certification or other paperwork from our registrar, you will not be able to order an additional card. If you have ordered ID Tags separately from your registration, please provide your animal registration number in the order notes along with the MyServiceAnimal registrar. This will help ensure that your Animal ID Tags are correctly matched to your registered service animal.
